SHIPPING 

  • Neeti and Mudita is a make-to-order brand to minimize wastage, which means that only after an order is confirmed online it goes into production .The ordered consignment is usually shipped within 12-15 days of receiving the order and within 20-25 days for international orders.
  • Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹6000. A shipping charge of ₹250 shall be added to the cart automatically for prepaid domestic order below ₹6000 . For International orders, shipping is around INR 2500 for first garment and additional INR1000 per garment.
  • We do offer an option of Cash on Delivery (COD) on all our products at a cart value not exceeding Rs 13000/- at an additional charge of ₹400/-.
  • The item will be shipped after receiving the payment
  • All items are dispatched by reputed courier/transport companies or Indian/International Postal Services. These packages can be tracked using Tracking ID provided by us on respective logistic partner website.
  • The buyer will be solely responsible for their country charges and taxes such as customs and other duties etc.
  • In case of a difference in the buyer and the consignee address, the same should be stated at the time of placing the order. Changes in the same at a later stage are not possible.
Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.

                                                    

Non-Availability on Delivery our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package twice before they return it back to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.

COD / Failed Deliveries

We do offer an option for Cash on Delivery (CoD) on all our products at an additional charge of ₹400/-.

Please Note: All Orders with Cash On Delivery (COD) as the Mode of Payment will incur Additional Delivery Charges. Such orders will have to confirmed over a Call or Email or SMS or WhatsApp or any other Standard Communication Channel, with our Team, before Dispatch.

We offer COD on cart value of below ₹13000/- .Order above ₹13000 will have to be prepaid orders.

For any packages that were failed to be delivered due to the customer not being available, incorrect contact details, multiple failed attempts to reach you, or refusal to pay -  Neeti and Mudita does not take responsibility for the same or the shipping fees pertaining to the return shipment of your order upon your request. If your order is returned and you wish for it to be shipped again, you will have to bear the shipping fee.
