Refund policy

Neeti & Mudita is a designer label and works on a ‘Made to Order’ model. Once an order goes into production, cancellation and refund is not possible. From the printing to the final stitch in a garment, our production is labour and hand intensive; which means that orders already underway cannot be cancelled . At present, we have a timeline of 12-15 business days for fulfilling online orders. 
Please note that our fulfilment timeline does not include unforeseen delays in case of events such as but not limited to natural disasters, wars, calamities or epidemics. In such circumstances, your order will be processed and dispatched after our production and supply chains resume smoothly when any of the above events have passed.
RETURNS (if applicable)

In case of damage :

Items cannot be returned on grounds of colour, choice or handwork.

Any product that has been tampered with or damaged while transportation must be notified by email at sales@neetiandmudita.com within 48 hours of the product being delivered and returned to our warehouse within a time period of one week, else NEETI & MUDITA  will not be liable to accept the merchandise. We suggest to take a video/pictures while opening the package in case there is damage. We will investigate the damage from our end ,repair the merchandise and courier it back to the designated address.

The cost of couriering the product to our warehouse shall be borne by the customer. We will only bear the expenses of the transaction after the repair of the merchandise.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags. Please note that for international returns, this is not possible because return shipments to India attract substantial duty/tax charges  and more often than not get stuck at customs and never reach back to us.


REFUNDS (if applicable)

We want you to love any product that you buy from us and in case you are not completely satisfied with them, please drop us a mail at sales@neetiandmudita.com and we will get back to you.

A product bought will only be accepted for EXCHANGE/REFUND if we are intimated within 48 hrs after the delivery and the product is in perfect condition with no damage, stains or marks whatsoever.

No refund will be provided for the products purchased during SALE period. The refund will be provided only in case the product is defective or damaged.  Refund in form of store credit will be issued to be used within a time span of 4 months from date of issue . We add amount equal to the product value to your Neeti & Mudita Account . You can use this credit amount during your next purchase with us when you reach the cart/payment page of the website. 

 This store credit can only be used for purchases on www.neetiandmudita.com and cannot be redeemed in cash. 

Refunds are not applicable in case of size related issues. We can exchange the product to any size requested by you (if available).

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We allow customers to exchange product in case they find the product with manufacturing defect, damaged or in different size. Request for exchange can be made by just dropping an e-mail at sales@neetiandmudita.com . Once we receive back product, our team will check the product for the issue mentioned by customer. We will send customer another piece of the same product if our team satisfies with the standard checks.

Please note that for international exchanges are not possible because return shipments to India attract substantial duty/tax charges and more often than not get stuck at customs and never reach back to us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item.

If you wish to avail our reverse pick-up services, kindly email us on sales@neetiandmudita.com within 48-hours of receiving the parcel. This service would be chargeable at Rs. 250/- which will have to be borne by the customer.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

  • Standard checks of returned products: In the course of product returned/exchange, all products are checked by our team. Return policy void if price tag is broken or tampered, product damaged in transit due to improper packing by customer, missing any accompanied accessories. It should have original invoice and all other stuff sent with the parcel. Product should be in proper and unused condition. It is all subject to inspection by our team.
  • Partial return: Returns are possible at item level and if multiple items were ordered, customer can initiate partial quantity return.
  • Order Cancellation: Shipped order cannot be cancelled under any circumstance. Customers are requested to order after confirming correct shipping and delivery address.
